It is a bit grimy on the inside. The motor does spin. Does have signs of wear or use.

It hooks up to a 12 volt car battery. With a good cleaning, it would look really nice. This is a nice vintage piece. Do not miss out on this great deal.

Don't come by these too often. Will not find better and it is a steal at this price. It is amber.
