Your oem lenses are held on with 2 screws. They do not fit the lunar visor as that uses un-bent covers.

If your visor has been on vehicle for a long time, it may be brittle due to years of sunlight exposure. Once you take them off, these just slip on where the amber lenses were. Lund discontinued the amber lenses as well wiring kits back in this listing is for a set of five 5.
